We use Facebook’s Pixel technology to measure the performance of our Facebook adverts and promoted posts.
The data we can access is only aggregated and doesn’t identify you. You can choose not to be tracked at any time using the link “Cookie settings” at the bottom of each page of our website.
People who contact us
The information you send us via the online contact form provided or any other contact medium is stored and processed by us. This data is used to answer your requests and for any purpose related to services we offer; we don’t share your data to third parties.
After your query is answered, the Controller may ask your permission to use your data for other informational services, and to keep such data as long as those services may be available. If you consent to the use of our live chat, you will be assigned a cookie which identifies your machine in order to let the conversation continue even if you change or refresh page.
Any data you share is sent to the third party providing the live chat service and is accessible by the Controller’s staff.

If you are a property seller/developer:
any personal data processing and storage is regulated by the present notice
If you are property buyer:
the Controller collects personal information of a buyer for the purpose of communication, providing information and support, facilitate the purchase process.
Depending on the specific purpose, the Controller may act as processor for the property seller and has no control over the information collected.
When this is the case, if you want to know more about how your data is processed and stored or how to make a Subject Request to the controller, please use the contact details of the property seller given to you during the purchase process.
Visitors to our website who subscribe to our newsletter
We send our newsletter to you only if you have given your consent for us to do so. In order to send the newsletter, we may use third parties services who would act as processors of your data.

Retention of your personal data
Data tracked via Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel are stored only in aggregated form.
Contact forms, direct emails and live chat personal data is deleted after 5 years, if the user is not interested in continue the relationship.
If a continuous relationship is established, the Controller will retain your information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this notice. the Controller will retain and use your information to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your information to comply with applicable tax/revenue laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
